About Lisa Tollis, REALTOR®
 
 
I was born and raised in Hamilton Ontario. I've Been Married to my Husband for over 30yrs and have two beautiful boys. Attended and Graduated from Delta Secondary High School. Worked as Payroll Manager for over 15yrs at a Major Construction Firm in Hamilton. After my second child was born, I decided to resign from my position at the construction firm to stay home and be A MOM! Five years later I decided to embark on a new career as a Professional REALTOR®.
 
As a Professional REALTOR®, my services go above and beyond creating ads, showing properties and doing the paper work. I will do my utmost to represent your best interests. First and foremost, this means that I will listen to you carefully. I will work closely with you to ensure that as many of your needs and wants are met or exceeded as possible.
 
You can count on me to negotiate the best possible price for your home in a timely manner. If you are selling a home, I will present it in the best possible light. I will manage all aspects of the transaction process, and do my best to make it smooth and stress-free.
 
 I'm always looking for better ways to help everyone in our community with regards to Real Estate. I have taken courses to help our Seniors with their Real Estate needs. I have received my SRES® designation which stands for, Seniors Real Estate Specialist. SRES® is an extensive training designation, awarded from the National Association of REALTORS®, focusing on the real estate needs of the 50 plus and mature demographic. I Look forward to helping those clients with all of their real estate needs.

I am an experienced negotiator with expert knowledge of the local market.
